Description of Service
SpiritDevelop provides content management functionality, allowing authorized users to upload video content to their own TikTok accounts via the TikTok Content Posting API.
User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload using the App.
You agree not to upload content that violates TikTok’s Community Guidelines, applicable laws, or third-party intellectual property rights.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpiritDevelop and spirit-develop.org shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
Termination and Access Revocation
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if a user violates these Terms or misuses the service.
